About Us

Who We Are
CrossWaves is a Christian surfing ministry based in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. We gather as a community to share faith, build relationships, and meet people where they are. Our heart is to create a welcoming space where anyone can feel comfortable exploring faith.

What We Do
We host free beach events one to three times each year. We provide free surf lessons for all ages and experience levels, serve a free lunch, and share a message about Jesus in a relaxed and family-friendly environment. Everything is completely free, and surfboards are provided.

What Events Look Like
Our events typically run from 10:00 AM to around 2:00 or 3:00 PM. The day includes surf instruction, time in the water, lunch together, a short message, and opportunities for prayer and baptism. Whether it is your first time on a board or you have been surfing for years, you are welcome.

Why We Do This
We believe the beach can be more than a place for recreation, it can be a place of transformation. CrossWaves exists to share the love of Christ in an authentic way and to build community through surfing and fellowship.
